ZH – Alex is a fantastic trainer. Alex recommended a brilliant half marathon training plan to me and gave me loads of really helpful advice. Her support and motivational style helped me a long way to completing my first half marathon in a great time! I’d whole-heartedly recommend alex fit to anyone who wants to get fit or has a goal in mind!

AC – Having had the pleasure of working with Alex for almost 2 years in a group environment as well as individual sessions I would fully endorse her approach, attitude, knowledge (each time Alex effortlessly pulls another appropriate exercise out of the bag), adaptability (for individual requirements) and life ethos. During that time my fitness has improved, my mobility has noticably improved and life in general has become easier as a consequence. Despite joining a gym (which includes all classes within the membership) to buddy my daughter’s post baby return to fitness and a longer drive to classes than most I have no intention of dropping the regular classes with Alex as they really are special.
SB – Alex I just want to say thank you for your help, support motivation and energy since I’ve attended your HIIT and yoga sessions. I’ve moaned at you (cursed you) and at times, dreaded coming but you have been unfailingly supportive . I am so pleased to be noticing a huge improvement in my fitness, health and well-being levels. Nothing brings this home more than my recent cross country event with my young horse. Not only was I able to get him round, I was able to sustain a good pace,strong position and could still breathe at the end!! At the beginning of the season this is unheard of for me. I would recommend you to anyone who wants to improve their fitness or mobility and look forward to improving even more in the future.
TH – Highly recommend Alex, I attend weekly HIIT classes – a great mix of cardio and body weight exercise with a good dose of fun and laughter!
LE – Alex is a fantastic trainer and coach – her classes and personal training are challenging, fun and informative, and she always manages to cater for the individual, working with any areas that do or don’t need focus and providing the encouragement and focus to work through and succeed. In addition there are lots of laughs along the way, which is always a bonus! Thoroughly recommend.
AC and AR – Alex …..I just want to thank you for your unending support over the past 3 years. We turned up on the very first week not knowing what to expect……now we do!! You make the classes fun in a lovely sort of way! Yes it’s hard work…and yes there have been times when we thought we weren’t going to live …but we keep coming back. And there are many smiles and much laughter. We could attend classes nearer to our home …..but they just wouldn’t be the same without you. So we travel a good 30 mile round trip. The past 5 months have been personally difficult for Anthony and I …but every week you’ve been there for us. I will never forget that and will be ever grateful . Your classes and support have literally been a lifesaver for us. So THANK YOU. You are an amazing lady and we are privileged to call you a friend.
AG – After moving house I was looking to replace circuit training with something local and joined a HIIT class run by Alex. The circuit training was a big group and was a little intimidating – assuming you knew what to do at each station – if you didn’t the instructor had no chance of getting around to see everyone so essentially you missed it out or risked injury. I’ve found the class run by Alex to be more personal and targeted with time upfront to discuss any niggles and lots of guidance and advice throughout whatever your ability. There’s always good banter and with nowhere to hide you’ll know you’ve been! I’ve really benefited and can’t recommend it highly enough but don’t take my word for it, come see for yourself
WH – As a runner and cyclist with very poor core strength I always ‘thought’ of doing yoga but never quite dipped my toe in the water. After a bout of injury I finally took the leap of faith after much gentle encouragement from Alex. What was I waiting for? She pitches it just right for all sorts of people including non yogic types like me. Now I really look forward to my weekly yoga sessions which have made an enormous difference. Chapeau Alex!
BM – Yoga with Alex is always fun and very rewarding, we feel so much better after our Friday night class and always look forward to it , thanks Alex
